I dunno, I've heard lots of negative comments against him.

To be fair it was his first track day, and was only the 3rd session of the day.

I did decelerate from about 80/90mph to alot slower than that very quickly. He says he was tucked in etc and came up to see me going very slowly in front of him.

If I carried on at my original speed I would have been in the corner by the time he had to brake.

He didn't expect me to seize, neither did I, I don't blame him, but think it's something everyone can learn from.

It was much quicker actually.

Probably a bit psychological due to the quick action throttle, so whereas I thought I was opening the throttle at the same rate, I would have actually been opening it much quicker.

Saved /lots/ of weight too, so it seemed to go well. Handled pretty well, but will take a bit of getting used to.

Picking up a new engine next week.

Mods to come are mainly 17" wheels from a TZR125rr so it can take decent tyres.

Then an engine tune. Maybe get the forks maxtonised.

That's pretty much it. If I do all the above stuff it'll be a top of the line race bike.
