Didn't really consider there would issues after having the wheels powder coated but he we are:

The build up of powder coat on the front wheel on one side is such that the brake disc won't now sit flush against the wheel so I'm going to have to remove some of it (don't at the moment know by what method). The speed sensor side is fine. I've also to consider the caliper gap Neutral
In retrospect when I removed the disc & disc screwbolts, I should thenhave removed the blue lock tight form each screwbolt, dipped them in high temperature grease and put them back in place. Why? When the wheels have been stripped some of the threads have been very lightly hit so now I'm going to have to go over each whole with an M8 tap n die to clean out the threads as they currently won't accept the screwsbolts. This could also be due to shittty quality of the new yamaha M8 screwbolts I bought. They are dire. If I'd left them in sure it would have left area behind the bolt unpowdercoated but so what? They still would have been clean.
Funnily enough the rear wheel is fine. I'm so lucky Neutral Mr. Green
Just a few considerations before getting your wheels done Wink

Not sure it'd work on powder coating cuz of the heat but next time try masking tape over stuff that doesn't want to be powder coated (disc mounting)

P.S I love your avatar Laughing

Where did you take it? All threads etc should be masked or filled with bolts when they do the coating. As for the disc mounting, I tend to cut the small area that the disc goes against off with a sharp knife.
