Yep, that's right a '93 Vauxhall Astra 1.6 GLSi, I should have parked the bike somewhere else to get a good shot!

I can't believe just how narrow they are

Sat on the TWO demo at Donny the other week. The bike feels tiny.

Not ridden one yet.

Where are you shorty? Close enuff to give me the keys? Wink

It doesn't feel as narrow as it looks, but it's much more narrow than my 650 and it's going to take a while to get used to - but that's going to be fun anyway!

In Southampton, if you leave me an 8 grand deposit you can have a spin - it's already had about 20 miles put on it by the lads at work!

I take it you prefer it over the 650?

I'm turning my 600 into something of a project. 2nd child means I can't afford a new bike for a couple of years so the Daytona will get tarted up a bit. :

Yep, really enjoying her at the mo, can just get her to the point where she's starting to growl and then have to change gear. Not sure whether I prefer the 675 to the 650 - they are very different bikes in my opinion. That side I haven't got anywhere near the limits on the 650 and don't suppose I will on the 675!!

Jay, D675 trackday???, haven't seen anything about it. TBH I think Cadwell is too far for me. And I've got to get my bottle up for my first trackday!

Does need some rub strips and and indicator lense on the drivers side, but not bad for 500 quid!

Track riding is easier than road riding IMO.

Is that the standard can, just all the examples i've seen had three exits. The main one and then two smaller either side, whilst yours seems to have bolts in their place?

Either way, nice bike and you must have been lucky to get one of the rare graphite greys!

I think it's the factory racing can, i'm not sure but it's not the standard one.

Thankyou, and you're right about the seat, it's like a bloody plank!! That said I did three hours on her yesterday and it was reasonably comfortable.

extreme3d: yep quacker-boy is correct, it's the factory race can. I couldn't afford the 1200 quid for the titanium arrow system!!

quacker-boy: Laughing Laughing just think you'll be able to get one in a year or so for 3 grand or so less than I paid!
