Can I do this 90-mile ride?

ok, is there any way I can make a 90-mile bike ride given the following circumstances:

1. I'm relatively out of shape and have "sprint" muscle fibers
2. I haven't gotten more than 6 hours of sleep in the past 3 weeks
3. the bike race is this Saturday (route is relatively flat)
4. the bike I have is only "adequate"
5. the last time I practiced was 7 weeks ago . . . I rode 22 miles and was pretty beat after that

Do i have a prayer's chance?

It's a charity thing.

I mean, I raised good money, i just didnt have time / wasnt motivated to practice.

and it snuck up on me.

my coworkers wont be happy.

so i need a VERY good excuse / cover
