What are the best crash mushrooms for the cheapest price, do you need a certain type for the bike?

personally i would take the finanical hit and go with R&G as they save my bike a load of damage!

You can get cheap mushrooms, or you can get ones that work. Just order r&g from their site of from your local HG store.

On an unfaired bike like mine, I just needed a socket set and a rubber mallet.

There was this big long engine mounting bolt about 7" long that I knocked out and then put in their replacement bolt and then connected the mushrooms.

One thing that I did that the instructions (cr*p) didn't mention was to put a car jack under the engine when I knocked out the bolt. (To stop it moving).

Honestly the instructions were pants.
