Remus GP 4-1 on the XJR

Picked up a mint system for two hundred notes from a great guy on the XJR Forum, they needed a bit of polishing on the downpipes to remove the worst of the blueing and general road crud but I think they look great now, it took about 20 minutes to fit and it sounds the dogz. Tried it out this aft and my top end is now 10 MPH higher Shocked

which was surprise.

Yep, use daily about 45 miles. I only got it at the beginning of April and upto then it'd done 7500 dry miles in 6 years so it's not had much proper use yet.

I've done about 1200 miles on it so far this month (260 today on a rideout to Skipton) I jet wash it off each week, whizz round with a leather, Zymol the paint and autosol the shiney bits for about an hour on a Saturday morning, dead easy if you keep on top of it Wink

If you check out the XJROC website their gallery has some XJR's in there that make mine look tatty Shocked

mirror finish forks and swingarms, you name it some of the guys will polish it and spend months/days/hours doing so!!.

Pics always make a bike look good too Wink
