this discovery may save you the cost of a bike, if you buy a better lock and use it preventing you bike getting stolen

I have used an Oxford Boss for 5 years and it's been OK.
I won an Oxford alarm disclock a few weeks ago and this is really good.

If you bought it a month ago, take it back and ask for a refund or replacement.

Ive been hunting around for the reciept, but cant find it. Im going to take it back and ask them to send it back to their supplier, there might be thousands of these floating about if something went wrong at the factory.

Get a phone number for Oxford, ring them up and winge,

I bet they send you a new one out, or if you winge about the product not being value for money you may get a refund or vouchers for another product which you could buy, if you don't want it, put it on ebay new in packaging and get your money back..

long winded but its a way of doing it.

Everytime I get something that breaks I ring up the relevant company and winge until I get my money back of a new item.
