Hello,

Right, on the digital speedo it has a mph sticker that's been printed infont of the km/h sign on the speedo. I don't know wether the bike is in kmh or mph & don't know why the sticker is there, has anyone delt with this sort of thing before?

If it is in kmh there must be a way to change it to mph? I've tried messing around with the 2 buttons but no luck.

Thanks for looking.

Ride with something like 100 showing on the clock so the speed is either 100mph or 60mph (100km/h). It should be fairly obvious which one it is.

Thanks guys, i'll try when i get insured (tuesday) If it was in km & can't change it, would getting a mph clock be easy to fit? Hopfully pick one up cheap at salvage or ebay.

I'd have thought it would be possible to change it by pressing the buttons if you find the right technique. That's part of the reason manufacturers use digital speedo's, cheaper production costs.

Apparently this is how it's done.

With the display on KPH (or MPH) press and hold the select and reset buttons together for 2 seconds and the display will switch.

If this doesn't work either the button/s are faulty or you have a Canadian model.

Get someone in or on something else to cruise along at 30mph and match them. If your speedo says 30. its mph, if 45ish. kmph.
