As the title says, I am selling my 2004 Yamaha XVS 125cc Dragstar.

This is generally considered the best of all the learner legal cruisers and can be ridden by anyone over 17 with a CBT.

It is in pretty good condition - 3 small rust spots on the exhaust where previous owner scraped it. Apart from that, it is all fine.

Mileage is 25000 Km but the engine is sweet. I have ridden the bike every day for 4 weeks now and put 750 Km on it without any trouble whatsoever. Always starts first time.

On 53 plate but first registered January 2004.

First MOT due January 2007. Taxed intil 30th April 2006.

Having full service done this weekend.

Selling as I prefer to ride sports bikes.

Looking for £1650 O.V.N.O .

Will also consider swap for Aprilia RS 125 / NSR etc.

Bike is in Chelmsford - Essex.

No takers? Ebay it is then. Didn't really want to use Ebay though.

Has anyone had any good or bad experiences buying M/C's on Ebay?

cheers for any help

Is it just me or does the pic look photoshopped. The bike appears to be floating. There are no shadows. If parted on gravel I'd also expect some indication the wheels actually went through it, this gravel is smooth! Shocked

Not saying this isn't genuine but IMO buyer beware. I'd make sure the bike actually exists in real metal and rubber.

Just my thoughts Karma

^^ Ha ha - nah mate - the pic isn't photoshopped.

I took the pic about 5:30 in the evening in Mid March ( I'd just got back from work) and the sun sets behind houses across the road - hence no shadow.
Flash was on the camera whic accounts for the flare in parts.

Here is another pic taken just now

First pic just came out a bit weird
