thats bad yoko, hope its ok Thumbs Up

i could be wrong but if you have a A2 license like both yoko and i have in the 2 year restriction, dont you get it revoked instead of bans? i think this is what they said when i passed that it 6 points then they revoke it and you have to do all the tests again.

can you still get bans on A2 license if in 2 tear restriction time period?

i delayed my court date by a couple of months, easy done mate.

i got my nip in june/july.

Went to court end of september.

And i was doing 73 in a 30 and only got a 28 disq and a 50 quid fine.

Its all about making the statement of means form look like you have more outgoing then incoming. Christ they even have sections on it for beer and fags.

Yes, as you get your licence revoked for going over 6 points and you can get a ban without getting points.

The 6 point rule is also on your first license.

Thus i've got an A2 license for a few more months, but i've had a car license for years.
