Pillion question,

I am going to pick up my bro after he finishes school, my main question is how do I take the helmet for him.

Can I lock it so the straps are pinned under the pillion seat will it hold?

You can do, but i wouldnt advise it.

Bungee cord it so its sitting on the pillion seat. Have it so its pulling forward against your back - that way you know its still there Put the ropes on the pillion peg hangers and you should be allright...

Failing that, you could always throw it in a tank bag... or simply put your left arm through it... Although not if your going too far...

I always use a cargo net if i have to carry a lid somewhere.

Simple.

Put your arm through the bottom and out through the face part. Wedge it on fairly tight and you'll be fine, I've been doing this for ages when I go and pick the missus up, dont even have problems filtering.

bungee netting is ideal..

rucksacks are okay, but finding one small, yet fat enough for a lid is a pain.

can't really put modern lids on the arm, as the face opening is narrower than they used to be

cargo net best, riding with it in rucksack or on your arm is easiest, but if you come off(and nobody thinks they will but it happens) it will HURT. Depends on what risk your willing to take.

Ill dish out some when I get some to give.

Will try reflexs idea, and If I cant get me arm through (most prob cant) will get a cargo/bungee net, used to have one but threw it out cause it had seen its better days and to be honest I never thought of using one of those to take a helmet.

bah you can just use some string to tie it on , failing that is it a Honda? , all Hondas I've seen have hooks under the seat specificall for helmets , failing that 'get aroused' and hook it onto that , your milage may vary.
