which of these would be the best buy on the current 0% finance available taking into account the bike will be used on a daily basis for getting to work, weekend blasts, and pillion every couple of weeks. which bike will also be the best bang for buck option

Z750 or Hornet 600 are the cooler/better bikes IMO.

The ER6n is cool looking besides the fugly headlight which it shares with the Z... series of kwaks which besides being unstyled, are actually reported to be excellent.

Is the CBR600F not on 0% finance as for commuting fairings are a godsend, also the CBR is a sports bike for the weekend fun and will happily take a pillion.

I'd avoid the new CBR600F, Honda are 'dumbing it down' and have ditched nice things like the fully adjustable suspension available on previous years. Better value to buy one a couple of years old and getting the toys, if you care about such things (which I do).

Which one depreciates the least? Gotta be the Z750, hasn't it, since it's the newest model (ie Bandits, Hornets and SVs have been around for years)?

If you want best bang for buck, I'd go at least a year old; especially if you're planning to use it for commuting.

I can kind of understand if it's a summer toy that will hardy be used. But if it's in daily use, you might as well let someone else lose that first big chunk Smile.
While you won't get 0%, you will still get a better deal with a loan.

Sometimes the 0% deals still aren't as good as getting a cheap new bike and a loan with a higher interest rate.

I didnt know that, I assumed they still had all these sorts of features still, just a comfy seat and more upright riding position.

In that case scrub my comment.

Probably still better than the 'dedicated' sports bike like the SVs etc Smile.

However, definitely wouldn't be buying one new.

the main reason i want a new bike is im fed up with buying 2nd hand and having to spend a fortune on it cause they alway end up with a problem after 6 months then u get it fixed then something else goes wrong Rolling Eyes

well get something 6 months old instead then.

With reliability there is something called a bath curve, which means things have problems when they are brand new and when they get old.

So if you get something which is pretty new but has had any manufacturing flaws sorted, you will be fine.

I agree that old bikes should only be bought by people who know how to fix them.

If you buy new, you end up paying the garage to do simple jobs cos you're concerned about maintaining the warrenty.
