Got the chance to buy a second hand track fairing for my zx6r j2, its in good condition. Whats it worth? Is 130 quid reasonable?

Get some cheap ass miss matched scratched road panels in any colour on ebay. so long as they are not cracked you can get a full set for about that?

They're a bit stronger and marginally easier to repair than road fairings, plus they catch any dropped oil as the bottom of a race fairing is moulded in one section ...

£130 sounds good to me.
