Kev, I really do agree with you, but now want this thread to stop. Let this post be the last now.

It was me that said Dodsi's injuries were irrelevant to the thread not Anders although I'm sure he looks forward to your apology.

The thread was about repayment of a debt incurred by Dodsi crashing someones bike. As such and considering the amount of bikes Dodsi had bought since the accident his injuries are irrelevant as he still had money. If he was still in a hospital bed and had no money it would be different but he isn't so its irrelevant.

This thread was about repayment not making excuses about why repayment should take over 10 months even though the money was available to repay. Throw in all the irrelevant points you want. He had the money, couldn't be bothered to ride around to Edds house and hand it over. No matter how many excuses you put forward or how many times you want to wrap it in chocolate or cottonwool he didn't pay as he says Edd fell off the radar yet couldn't be bothered to go to Edd's house.

I will now put this in big letters so maybe you will be able to read it.

Dodsi had the money but couldn't be bothered to go to Edd's house to hand it over.

I havn't read barely any of this thread but fuck it, i'm gonna throw my two pence in coz i've ad a drink, grrrrrrrrraaaaarrrr. So from the small amount i've read (ie, the first page and the last). Dodsi crashed his bike, he should pay for the repairs regardless of the circumstances of the accident. It should have been a priority to pay for the repairs as i'm sure if the positions were switched, he'd have liked his bike fixed by the person responsible for the damage asap.

For someone who rides in excess of 20,000 miles a year saying Tom can't be bothered is pushing it a bit. Plus how could you possibly know how much money is involved. I find it hard to warrant you saying that he had the money if you don't know the amount Wink

Surely that just makes it worse?

Shit, I hadn;t finished typing before I posted that..............

I know about struggling for money because I have done and still am. Even still, I still would have scraped it together to fix someone's bike that I had damaged.

I also read on this page that Dodsi bought a new set of tyres, service and treated himself to a night out. All this should have taken a back seat to pay back what he owed.

But then that's in the perfect world. Unfortunately there's arseholes in the one we live in, you just gotta deal with that.

£150 it was stated originally by Edd

I was under the impression that was the cost of work done by him, not parts, but if you are seriously telling me that this whole thread and all the abuse aimed at poor Tom is over a measly £150 then might i suggest Edd doesn't now come round to squires.... and yes, that IS a threat.

Ho hum

Dodsi said he had the money for 10 months.

I got the money and left it in my second account but couldnt contact edd and was waiting for a paypal address to send it too.

I don't know how much the money was although £150 has been bandied about, don't need to it doesn't matter the lack of respect for another does.

So he does 20K a year and none of them passed Edd's house. I mean are you saying he was willfully avoiding going to Edd's house and coughing up the beer tokens?

It's hard to warrant the fact that you can read when you have failed to read and understand many of the posts in this thread. Wink Does the wink make you feel better?

Measly? Okay, £150 isn't the end of the world, but it's still a lot just to write off to experience Rolling Eyes

As for your "threat" Laughing - is it a joke? Sounds a bit "playground" to me Thumbs Up

Fancy giving me £150 quid then mate, as its so paltry to you?

if someone asks to borrow a fiver off me, ill get it back off them sure as shit.

if i offer people money/drinks i dont care if i get it back as its my choice.

saying 150 quid is measly shows a complete lack of intelligence.

If i had a go on your sv and plonked it on its side, scratch your tailpiece and bent your lever, neither of which matter in the scheme of things... youd let me off?

As its only a 'measly' amount?

Grow up.
