What do i have to do and have in order to get my cycle permit? I live in Pennsylvania in the United States and none of the websites, phone numbers, cycle centers, and people know anything about it! If anybody can help me out it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Well here in the UK we go to the "post office" im not sure whats its called in the USA probably "The place near McDonands" (joke)
