Okay, it is my girlfriends birthday next month so i want to get her some daft bits and bobs for her when she's riding........they gotta be pink though.......

ive been threw same thing as you, was stuck for hours lookin for girly biker gear night before her birthday! (specificaly pink!)

i edned up gettin her a helmet, but i stumbled across this, and had it added to my favourites, becuase i may get it for her one day (a present buying day...eg Birthday/valentines day etc!)

Too much protection for a 50? I hear this ALL the time, its the biggest load of bollocks ive ever heard. (And ive heard people at work talk about it too). When you were little you fell and scraped your knee...you would have been doing what 3mph at best, imagine that over a bigger area at 55mph . Not only that but proper riding boots can kind of 'hold your foot together' if the worst should happen . Plus you'll tend to find where you have vital nerve clusters will be nicely protected...it doesnt take much to seriously damage those. So bollocks to this "oooh its only a 50cc" pish, you only get one skin.

Aikman666 I agree with on that one, doesnt matter what you ride you should always have protection on, and if the lady likes pink then make it pink 125power,

End of last week with the weather been as it was I personally saw about half a dozen kids riding their bikes and scooters without anything other than a t-shirt on with shorts, one was also doing wheelies down the A60 through Mansfield, as i had my mother in the car who disaproves of me being on a bike all i got the rest of her visit was the dangers of bikes, trust me listening to her aint good lol.

I never leave the house without full gear on, might not be anything on underneath lol but always have the gear on.

Frank Thomas do some pink gloves - I think they are called Corsa.

All the bolts on my bike have been changed to pink ones, and the valve caps, and the bar end weights - not by me, but I think it looks ok (and I would point out the previous owners was a bloke ) It is bright pink though rather than pastel pink.
