ok got new enghine fitted 2 my nsr and everythink is fine with it. ok now here are my questions.
i filled the gear box up with oild i use 800ml and left 200ml in the bottel it woz a 1lt bottel is that fine 800ml? i cant c if theres any oil in the littel window on the side

how do i know if my water pump is working? as the pipes r getting hot but i cant remember how it woz with the 190 kit

were does the servor motor bolt on 2? pic would be nice

how do i take the carb apart? all the carbs i took apart is held by 2-4 screws this has 1 bot under the carb. do i take this bolt out?

plus how will i know if my enghine is a jc 20 or a jc22? the enghine numbersay jc 20 plus some other numbers.
which is the newest one the jc22? and wots the diffrence?

all nsr engines are marked JC20 (even JC22 because nothing has change) . the newest model is JC22 which has some improvements or restrictions (not a lot , such as electronics , frame , cosmetics etc ......) . the gearbox is filled with 0.7 L , not a big matter that you have filled a bit too much . the servo is fixed on a black plastic tray as shown on the pict .

ok just checked my carb and its got a std jet in it so need 2 re jet it for my arrow pipe
would to much oil cause the bike 2 run slower as when i start the bike it smokes but thats normal but after 5 when i go down the road all i c behind me is smoke. lol would would happen if its getting 2 much oil?
plus u got that thing that turns the rc valves the part that is on the bore its like a knob where the plate and cables go on 2 well i acidently broke a bit off it so now i cant get the nut back on 2 hold the plate. can that be repaired?

oh yer and my servo motor aint working. could it be a fuse or somethink same as my nutural light dont come on. plus i cant find the fuses. god i am a mess.

for your valves look the picture . for you servo which is not working check the connectors and for the fuse it's near the battery in an oval plastic box , open it check continuity of it and clean the contacts .

hi mate were can i get number 4 from the pic? thats wot i broke. i looked everywere near the bettery and i still cant c them. the only think that is near the battery is this gold or solver thing and i think its the stator relay. i will have 2 strip the god dam bike again. lol. is it easy 2 change that thing that turns the valves or will honda have 2 do it for me? as i got a spare 125 bokre kit with the same prob.

you broke it because you try to undo it in the wrong way ! this nut is a left-hand thread , you undo it clockwise exactly the contrary of normal nuts . so you need to change valves shaft and nut

well i still cant get the rc unit 2 work, i checked the fuse's both r ok. one is a 5 and the other is a 10. is that correct? now i got some oil leeking from somewere but i think its from this tube .

it's only one fuse of 15A . now getting the servo to work is to find where is the bug . for that you need to know how it works and what to check , and unfortunatly it's a bit complicated to explain . send me a pm with your mail adress and i will give you method and docs to do it

look the picture of the loom , the fuse is sited very near the battery under your seat

nope mine had 2. maybe some 1 changed it to 2 as i got an immobiliser or do they come as std? i will take a pic 2moro then and up load it. do u know how 2 check 2 c if my water pump is working? as when i start the bike up the needle goes to the top part off the blue then after about a 14 min drive incl the 4 min warm up it goes up a bit and the pipes r got so is the enghine.

the temperature needle after long warming does not go more than 5 mm in the white zone , if you get stocked in town traffic it may go in the middle of the white zone . this is normal and it's the sign of a good cooling system at work , you should have been worried if it has gone over these zones . i think also your wiring has been modified (may be for an alarm) because it's only a 15A fuse on the circuit . i suggest you inspect the loom for modifications and you may have to change it

so as long as it dont go over the half way i am fine? yer i think my loom has been moded coz off the alarm but for now i will ride it with the valves open and try and find wot the problem is over the next week

ok my nsr is running fine but it bogs at 5k rpm is this because i got a the std 135 jet in my carb? i cant find anywere that had a 138 but i am buying jonnays spare ones as he sold his nsr now. btw i took the metal plate out from the top off the reed block and its got a de restricted arrow pipe.
and wot position coz i put the cirlip on the pin in the carb? it was in the middel but i moved it down one but i dont know if its supose 2 be there.

if you've got the 190 cc barrel it will be more appropriate to set 145 (even 148 or 150) ,42,70 but if it's the 125cc barrel set 138,42,65 . the clips on the needle must be set on the 2nd notch from the top , setting lower will give slightly a richer mixture

ok i got the std 125 , so i will up jet it with those jets and set it for 2nd from the top. atm i got it on 2nd from the bottom Laughing

so i will do that on monday but i will use the bike on the weekend as it is.

wot will happen if i got the oil pump set up 2 high? as when i am going down the road my nsr is still smokeing and its kinda bad but i dont care if its useing 2 much oil but at the same time i dont whant it fook up or anythink like that.
