They are here.

You cant open your visor at all, I've had probably 4-5 go straight in my eye, and you can feel loads of bugs getting stuck either side, in between my face and the padding. I had a fly of some sort in my lid the other day for a good 5-10 minutes until I had a chance to take it off.

Confused

I had a similar thing happen to me a few years back. a wasp flew into my helmet and stung and I couldnt get it out . i nearly flew into the curb at 60mph because of it.

Just wait till you get a bumble bee hit you square in the centre of the visor when your motoring on a bit, fookin hell it nearly knocks your head off and your visor is covered instantly. Had one the other day and I had to pull straight over to wipe the gunge off.

Anyone noticed if you go in the pub and leave your leathers on you get surrounded by flys trying to feed off all the dead ones on your jacket, great if your trying to pull Laughing not that I would be, being a happily married man Shocked Wink

Can we make this relative?

I did this in 3 miles. Not very clear is my phone camera. Smile

Nice one jon_b Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

More pic's like that please Wink

I take the visor off and leave it in a bowl of water for ten mins, they all go soggy and come off easy.

If I'm expecting rain I use turtle wax car polish on the visor, the water runs off much easier Idea Thumbs Up

best thing to do is get some kitchen role, place a few squares onto your visor/helmet then spray them with water from one of those spray guns so that they're stuck to your lid, leave it for 5 mins, then wipe them off using the same wet pieces of cloth Thumbs Up

then fetch the MrSheen n buff her up Thumbs Up

Try riding your bike fast enough and you'll get the same result, that's if it's warm enough and you've taxed it yet. Wink Wink Wink

One of the (very few) advantages of owning a slow bike (such as my scooter) - is that this don't happen very often Laughing
