ok so the engine is looking pretty dated now, but flashpoint was always a solid game (still is), and it still hasnt got a decent competitor that offers the same kind of thing, until armed assault arrives, and thats the same company

these guys are making a single player mod, that is supposed to take you right from beginning to end of the falklands campaign, im watching with great interest

if you look at the screenshots and progress reports, it looks really cool

multiplayer community is still fairly strong

but to me the single player game had enough variation and replay value to never really warrant multiplay

its very buggy and can look pretty sketchy next to the likes of battlefield 2 though

Multiplayer co-op you can, theres also tonnes of player created co-op missions to download as well there as good if not better than the original ones.

If you like multiplayer co-op i'd also reccomend the one for doom3 is good fun and the mod 'Last man standing' co-op mod is good as well, just a thought.
