Hey there, I've booked a lesson for Friday, for five hours at £20 an hour.

The lesson is with the examiner's mate, so hopefully he'll teach me what he's looking for exactly.

So is £100 for 5 hours a good deal? It's a one on one for that time too.

I had 2 days training from 9-3 plus the instructor came with me to the test and did an hour beforehand. That cost me £260 including the test fees, yours sounds ok to me.

That's pretty good, I was paying around £24 an hour I think. Does the price include the use of one of their bikes?

I'd say at that price, it doesn't include bike hire. If it does, you've got a bargain. When you consider all the costs of running a place like that, I can't see how they make any money. My old CBT instructor had to do courier work on the side.

This place is right in the middle of a big industrial estate. They are right next to some kinda toxic pipeline thingy, and they have signs on the wall that say "Incase of alarm, goto yard" or something.

Nice guy though, good laugh Thumbs Up Mr. Green.

Sounds pretty OK to me. Excellent if it includes the bike as well.

It does not include bike hire, you gotta use your own, and sometimes there are two learners, but sometomes only one, good luck Ad!

My DAS was 350 (including cost of test and all tuition) plus 15 quid per hour to borrow the 500 for any additional lesson (no tuition charge.)

Lesson was good, only did 3 hours as he said it'd be pointless paying for more when I didn't need it Mr. Green.

Went through all the test routes ready for Tuesday.

I asked him to be honest and if I was ready for the test and he said he'd be shocked if I failed (I'll shock him tuesday afternoon then).
