Well recently I have been seeing a girl, and we haven't really been chatting or spenting much time together. I'm putting in loads of effort with her, but she seems to throw it back in my face. I also finished with a great girl to be with her but I don't know why I bothered. Also this boy, her ex, has been sniffing around again and I think he wants her back. I'm not the most calmest of people and I don't know what to do... Crying or Very sad

telepathically read her mind to see if she is serious , if she is serious stick with it as she might just be playing hard to get , if not she might regret leaving her ex, otherwise keep going for a bit and if nothing improves leave yourself and find somebody else or go back to your ex, oh wait only I have telepathic mind reading abilities,

you just have to use the facial motions detection routine (requires CCTV or a photographic memory) as people subconciously make faces in reaction to things they hear and they can't help it without using botox.

If she is truly interested, she will start worrying, thinking you dont like her anymore etc.....

IMHO I think your an arse for leaving the girl you said was great to be with someone you seem not to know that well.

It's your own fault. Good luck to you in sorting it out by all means but you've only got your self to blame. The grass is always greener.
