You want bigger than 955, try a Rocket III. Can't get much bigger than that tbh.

The rocket 3 is 2.3 litre isn't it? Has anyone here ridden on of those beasts?
I've seen one close up in a shop and couldn't believe the dimensions of the thing, it is almost comical.
The back wheel looks like it's come from a range rover and the front forks look like they weigh about 2 tons. I can't imagine trying to ride the thing unless I did some serious weight training.

I've not ridden one, but i got left off the lights by one not long back, and i was on my ZX10R Shocked

I remember reading that they can outdrag a Hyabusa to 30mph! Shocked probably at only 3000rpm!

Yep, really explosive acceleration, i would say that it had me up to 80mph.

I think mainly because of its long wheel base and grip from that humongous rear tyre

We have a test-ride booked on one the first weekend in July - for the other half, not me! I will be testing a Suzuki Savage and (hopefully) a Hyosung Aquila at around the same time.

I think McJam's ridden one?

I was actually quite surprised when Himself sat on it in the shop. When you are standing next to it it looks hooooge, but once he was on it it didn't seem nearly so big. (And he's not massive or owt either).

It certainly is, and I certainly have.

They are actually a lot easier to ride than you would think from the size of it. They are very well balanced, so 5mph in traffic with feet on pegs is a piece o'piss. The handling and brakes are pretty good for a big cruiser, although it does take some muscling around roundabouts.

The engine is bloody amazing, from 1500 revs or so in any gear and a handful of gas and the thing kicks you in the arse and fucks off to the horizon. With a set of loud pipes (wither the full Triumph de-cat or the Jardine 3-2) it sounds fantastic and will make ears bleed at 10 paces.
