After a tough few weeks sorting money, bike, money, the missus, too many late nights, smoking weed and drinking and i'm not sleeping well anyway, i have really bad bags under my eyes.

I don't feel great, i look rough and my diets all out of sync.

I've booked some days off next week so i'll be on my own, can any of you recommend something to clear the dark eyes and generally perk up a bit.

Cheers... Sad

red bull all the way Very Happy just take it easy lack of sleep stress and a fooked up diet will cause the baggy eyes and make you feel sh!t,

if you have a good rest a good few healthy meals and maybe stay off the weed for a couple off days you'll be sorted.

Pretty much what everyone else is saying.

Get plenty of sleep, cut back on the booze and weed, drink loads of water, try to eat a load of fresh food, fruit, veggies, fish, lean meat, wholegrain etc.

Cucumber or cold used teabags on the eyes can do wonders for puffiness too.

A mudpack might be taking it a bit too far though! Razz

Oh and personally I would avoid the redbull, too much caffiene will just make you hyper when what you really need is to chill out and relax more. Thumbs Up

As mentioned by everyone else......

1. Plenty of sleep
2. Plenty of fresh food (I personally reccomend having a look at the food thread that was online a few weeks ago and aving a go at Hellkats 'grannies italian sauce')
3.Plenty of water
4.Cut back on the weed and alcohol
5.Get some exrecise and fresh air!

But the cuccumbers in the eyes thing is way to gay for any self respecting man

You'll be grand Thumbs Up

A bit of sunshine and fresh air doesn't hurt. (When it's out Rolling Eyes ) Doesn't rid the bags but hides them. Plus everyone feels better when it's sunny.

I look and feel better when I work outdoors. Bloody indoor job. Sad

Too much beer & weed does f*ck with you though.

It doesn't take long to get back to feeling human again.
I find two days off the weed, no booze, lots of water, good food will work. Go for a run in the evening to blow away the cobwebs.
You might get a bit bored in the evening but wake up and thank yourself for it. Once you've broken the cycle you realise it is worth it.
