Just seen this in MCN.

However I already have a policy with them.

´Does anyone know the deal on upgrading?

I've heard on other posts but dont realy understand what happens
when your leathers get damaged, some people say they use their household insurance, but to be honest, I don´t know if mine will cover me.

Seen as my gear is nearly worth as much as my bike, i´d be intrested to know what the score is.

Cheers

I've got a FC policy with them as well. I thought leathers, lid etc would be covered anyway? Or do they come under 'uninsured loss' or something?

No apparently lid and gear is not covered.

However there is a new policy which offers this.

Other people have talked about using their household insurance policy
to cover their clothing, but i'm not sure.
