I bought a chair last year to sit for too long at my IT Portal.
Well I broke the feet/leg off on Friday.
Too Fat?

I lost the reciept and was working up thye courage to challenge the store on the sale of goods act.
But I just found the reciept. 05/08/05

I wouldn't take it back if you'd snapped the legs off it and had it nearly a year.

I think 12 months should not be too long to expect a £200 chair to last.
Well I just called the store.
and they'll replace tomorrow.

Chair returned to shop.

I had one at my old job. Bloody Fantastic.

The company got a good disconut, you do when you buy about 4000 of them. I tried to steal mine when I left but they kinda noticed!

I'm currently sitting on a Herman Miller Mirra chair, great to and cheaper than the Aeron, the Cilla is a really good as well and cheaper yet! Altho the Aeron really is the best office chair avaliable, and they come with a 12 year warranty! Very Happy (As do the others as well).

Not that I work for Herman Miller or anything Wink

I got my PC chair for free from viking direct.


They also sent me some free kendal mintcake & some other random free stuff with an order.


That company is ace, but a bit mad.

Have you tried just ringing them up the store/ manufacturer and comaplining?

our didgy box just went Awol... rang goodmans up, the sent a courier to pick it up, it's off to be fixed free of charge or a replacement. Thumbs Up
