i'm not sure how much i want yet but there are a few things i should say about it.

- In october i started to get gear box problems with it and eventually the gearbox was fucked and the bike would not move. So i took it to a suzuki dealer and they told me that it would be cheaper to get a replacement engine from a breakers and get that put in rather than try to fix the gearbox and there could be other unseen damage in the engine. So i got an engine from a breakers with a 1000 miles on it for £450 and the labour and other bits and pieces cost me £800. It now runs like a dream

- In february a dog ran straight out in front of me, i locked the front wheel cos it was wet and the bike went down, not too much damage: scraped bar end, and the fairing panel was scratched.

- In march I decided that i would spray my bike because i didnt like riding round on a scratched bike, so i sprayed it gloss black and got a really good finish on it, then this weekend i was just touching up the 2 side panels because i had rubbed it down a bit hard in a couple of places and they were on the garage floor and my dick head brother stood on one and it cracked all of the paint on one of the panels so this is the main problem with the bike is the 2 side panels will need finishing as i have run out of paint and money.

- its got 18100 miles on the clock at the moment but the engine was changed at 14900 miles. It has got a full stainless yoshimura exhaust + the original system + a full micron system, it has been dynojetted. Its got an ohlins steering damper, hugger, Braided front brake lines, HH pads, powder coated gold wheels. The seat unit is a single seat unit in the pointier shape of the new generation gixxers and has got an undertray, but i have also got the old seat unit and pessenger seat although none of this is painted and i have also got another single seat unit which is the old shape but this has not been painted either. The tyres are a pair of dunlop 208GP's with less than 800 miles on them, it has a tinted screen on at the moment but i have got a double bubble for it as well, and its has got a gold fairing bolt kit. it is MOT'd till october and taxed until july.

Im open to all offers

I ent really sure because I have spent close to 2 grand on it in the past 6 months. The only thing that it really needs is panels spraying, I was hoping for around £3K - £3.5K but i ent sure whether that is asking too much

Yep it is. I can pick up a 1999 model R6 from a dealer near me for £3995, I think you're looking at just under £3k mate, cos the R6 is immaculate.

I'd put it on for £2k, with a reserve. It will get more hits and bids this way and create a lot more attention.
