Converting .rfl files

Hi all, Just got my new laptop after dropping my old one, so thought I'd get back into my music production, but one question, I have a cd/dvd with some sound samples on it but they are .rfl files, I have tried to open the files with media player and real player but no joy I have searched the net and cannot find much info about .rfl files, plenty about wav and mp3 etc. Anyone got any ideas please.

Excuse my ignorance on this but I am just starting out in Cubase etc, basically the disc I bought was from egay and the only info printed on the disc is a logo of Reason, I think, the 3 boxes and what the cd is ie House/Dance refills which may suggest something that has been composed in Reason. I do have Reason's Re-Cycle and Cubase VST5 so hopefully that mey help. But like I say I am a complete noob at this, I have got some trance sample cds but they open up in windows media player all ok but as trance is a minority genre I thought I do some funky house stuff.
