As gheto as this is going to sound, it might just work. lol...

I heard this song in a local club, it was in with the "dance" set. And it went like this.

Anyway, Its NOT Vindaloo. The "Na naaa" bits are vocal, they are done in the "trance" noise. lol. Like erm, Duno what instrument does it. but you get the idea.

And erm, The intro to the song is a very "Safri duo - play'd a Life" style drum intro.


Any ideas guys?

Just out of interest where was the club you were at - don't often hear trance in clubs any more - I love my trance but unfortunately when I was DJing at my local club I was slowly edging towards funky house

erm there is nothing wrong with funky house, funky house is great. I love my hed kandi tunes!!

Im sure they still do play it, but its mainly in the city centres. I was i Birmingham the other week, we thought funky house was being played at Godskitchen, well it certainly wasn't!! Some racket was being played, I think trance

Trance isn't dead, the superclubs are though.

That said, Godskitchen, Gatecrasher, PaSSion, Sundissential and a fair few other still hammer it out weekly or monthly.

Only really bother with classics nights now though.

And funky house is a bit pansy, tech house and breaks is where it's at.

As for your song, no idea mate, maybe ask the DJ when he's in next?
