.3gp video converter

I'm trying to convert a video from my phone to play on the PC using ImTOO video converter, and for some reason it will convert the audio fine, but the video plays at twice speed. I've tried it as MP4, MP1 & 2 and avi, everything else just fails.

Anyone got any idea why it would fail? Or is there another program out there that would do it?
