surely leads down to both cases are driving with invalid insurance and end up with a ban that said i dont even know what the penalty for no insurance is.

Unfortunately the engine smokes quite a bit and as you cannot remove the cylinder head from the engine without taking the lump out of the frame Evil or Very Mad

The pistons are scored as is the liner.So it looks like new pistons and a rebore Confused

Kind of, changing an exhaust is fine as it likely wont result in an increase in power. Not having it on your policy just means it wont be insured so you can't claim for it, doesn't invalidate your cover and they have to cover third party regardless.

However if the exhaust put him over the 14.6 horsepower restriction then it would be riding outside terms of his license as you say

But boring your bike to 200cc from 125 is clear cut as it's a 125 capacity limit on the license, but the rebored cylinders seem to still have 125 on them most the time Laughing
