If your stopping there, park so the front of the bike points at the road. I've seen the police a few time slowly drive past looking at plates, tyres etc and there's often a camera van on the next long straight towards brecon.

Mines all legal now, buts lots ain't. The police are one of the reason mine is legal, I mostly ride around mid wales and have found the police more lenient with legal bikes.

I remember the police having a large vendetta last year stopping every bike that passed them.

One of the guys from Heine Gerick organised a large group to spend all day riding past the police, it did the trick then, but it may not stop them doing it again. Sad Silly police.

Well I just went up to Brecon and had a burger and a cup of tea. The weather was bloody awful, almost got blown off my bike. The rain was turning into hail all the time and it was stinging Laughing

The rain got through my clothes on the way home and my balls got bloody soaked all of a sudden it was damn freezing. Shocked Laughing

The weather has cleared up a bit now so I'm going back out. Thumbs Up

Heh, could get a lot worse. I saw an article written by the Brecon Welsh Council member (some stupid bint) saying that there was a general concensus to try to ban bikes completely from the national park......

How they intend to do this I don't know.

Why would they intend to do this? It's not like we are tearing up the turf or causing great amounts of pollution. Confused

They think the bikes are too noisy and go to fast around the national parks.

Which is probably true.

Can someone post a map of where exactly the meet is held? I went to brecon today but didn't know where the meet was. I was hoping to find a load of bikes and follow them but everyone seemed to be going in different directions.

Is the meet actually off the A470?
