Hi ppl, I'm new here so here goes nothing!
I've got the above bike with alloy frame and can't figure out how to remove the engine from the frame! No matter which way I go, the engine's just too big to fit through a hole! Where am i supposed to support the engine when I unbolt and and from which direction should it be removed? The carbs have been removed and pretty much everything else, but because of the bolt-on points that attach as little triangles from the framework I can't seem to see anywhere to push/pull it. Any help for this pain of a problem would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Got a photo?

You should look around the engine to see if the engine mounting bolts had any spacers between the frame and the engine - these often stick in place after you've taken the bolt out. Knocking the spacers out may gives you the vital extra cm you need.

Also, totally remove any mounting brackets (little triangles?).
