standard factory jets are OK if all you've done is remove the brass plate and bung inside the silencer. With the fuelling correct you'll easily get 25bhp.

Hi

NS stock exhaust is pretty awful. Difficult to derestrict (although works well when done). However you would be lucky to break a true 20hp from an NS.

Jetting wise, no real answer. Get a couple of main jets, going up a over a few sizes and play.

All the best

Keith

Nothing at all...

Jets - learn how to do plugchops, that tells you whether your current jet is too big or too small. If it says it's too small, buy a few jets that cover a range of sizes bigger and vice versa, then, again, use plugchops to work out which jet is the right one FOR YOU.

Jetting is never a clearcut "you must use this" unless the bike is completely stock, in which case you use the jets listed in the owners manual / workshop manual. Any changes from stock, and you have to work it out for yourself.

The link you were given supplies ALL parts for DellOrto carbs - needles, jets, valves, floats etc etc.

Have a search for NS125R-K - there are many threads going back in time that cover jetting with various pipes etc that you can use as a GUIDELINE BALLPARK of roughly what sizes to expect, but these won't be precise for your bike, so you'll still have to get a few sizes either side of that and try n' test.

Rolling Eyes

Jetting depends on the bike. As said, stick in std jets as per the manual and then plug chop it or dyno it to get the best combination.
