I had a sort of yellow dot or two the other day and have them for ages. Today I have gone back to green dots?

What's happened?

Could it be due to the use of language? IE: does it check spelling and punctuation?

Not a lot of it is based upon spelling etc.

If ypu post in F&FW then you lose karma, thats the most likely explanation.

However I believe that starting threads asking why you lost Karma also loses you karma!

Your karma goes down if you post in the wrong section of the forum and a moderator moves it, and I suspect this is what happened to you as your clip of the policewoman got moved from General Bike Chat to Bike Videos I think.

It'll come back eventually, although it may go down some more yet cos I suspect that this may get moved to the Forum Feedback & Help Section soon...........

Don't worry about it. Unless you're very sad in which case have lots of sleepless nights, post loads of garbage and change your name to *****...........

The karma system is good, I leave lots of karma, It avoids having loads of post saying stuff like- Cool , very funny ect. But it still lets people know you appreciate there post.

But I can't belive people are really that bothered how many green or gold dots they have
