you need 2 flat spanners size 10 and your special spanner to untighten the back wheel bolt . at each end of the swing arm , you see a bit of threaded rod (dia 6) with 2 nuts blocked together . hold the one against the swing arm then untighten a bit the other one (we will call it counter-nut) & do it on each side . untighten the back wheel bolt (2 rounds is enough) and lift the back if you have a stand . now tighten 1/2 turn by 1/2 turn the nut at each end of swing arm and you must do the same numbers of turn on each side . after each 1/2 turn on both side , control the chain play (3-5 cms vertically) . when ok , tighten the back wheel bolt and control again the chain play (it may moves when tightenning the bolt) . when finish block the counter-nuts
nota : when it's too tight if you untighten the nuts , kick a bit your wheel to put it back (when it's stiff it comes back hardly)

To be honest, if i was you i would go and get a Haynes Manual or one of the other ones for your bike.
In your case it would be money well spent.

About the only thing you can really get wrong that will cause major issues is over tightning the chain, or not getting the rear wheel in alignment.
