Hi,

I thinking of going on a few long ride this summer (one of which with the GF) and since we need somewhere to put everything i going to buy some luggage storage. Also, may be going on a BCF touring trip, if they get their arse's in gear!!

THIS COMBO £97 inc Delivery

So, is this worth the price?

looks ok, the buffalo stuff is supposed to be good. I'd wager you'd be able to get a better deal on Ebay, or these ones? They are similar to the oxford first time luggage i had and it worked fine, and i packed my panniers out big time coming home!

Clicky

Textiles will leak eventually if you get a lot of rain. Spray them with fabsil and put your stuff in black sacks and you'll be reet though.

Thats a good deal, it looks better than the Oxford firsttime luggage....and a free rucksack...freebies are always good Laughing

I think they are the same price on e-bay and i'd prefer to deal with a shop if possible for the ease of arguing and complaining if anything goes wrong Twisted Evil

Try looking around on ebay though, I got my Oxford sports luggage from there two years ago for £99. It was kawasaki ninja branded though but fortunately I have a kawasaki "sort of ninja". Kawasaki branding on a triumph just isn't the done thing and SOOOOO last season Laughing

Learn to carry less this includes passengers, alot less, luggage ruins the handling,

I have 2 buffalo 40 litre bags on the side , £59 from J&S 2 years ago. v good , rain covers are a bit iffy though, you can see them in my tour pictures. Smile ,

I think most rain covers are a bit iffy but they act better when luggage is extended to the maximum.

I just use some spare bungees to tie around the lugage with the rain covers on to keep them on Thumbs Up
