Warm up bike and turn it off. Find and undo sump plug and oil will pour out so make sure you have something to catch it in. Unscrew oil filter and more oil will pour out there. Leave it to drain for 20 minutes. Put new crush washer on sump plug (although I have used the old one before) and screw in a new oil filter hand tight - don't overtighten otherwise it could be a real pain to get undone next time. Fill with oil and bingo, good to go.
I don't know how much oil you need I'm afraid - how about a search on www.mcnninjas.co.uk ? |

If the filter wont come off by hand, you can always bodge a screwdriver through it to add some leverage. Smear the filter seal with clean oil before fitting to create an airtight seal. ____________________ https://www.bikepics.com/members/fuzzbcf/

The filter on the 7's are a pain in the ass to get to, or get any leverage on to undo them as they sit really close to the downpipes.
Take your time and try not to get too frustrated with it!
