HT leads (provided they didn't come already attached to the coils)?

Does the neutral light come on.Could it be the side stand switch sticking
or the switch at the clutch lever.

Paddy.

You can start NC's in neutral with the stand down, so should matter. Thumbs Up

Yep that is why I asked if the light came on as if it did not work then the
stand switch could stop it sparking. Wink

Aha.

Well as I said in the other thread

CDI?
Flat Battery?
Charging system? Reg-Rec?

There is no side stand switch on the NC30.

Are all the connections on the CDI looking clean? If both coil packs aren't sparking then it could be the CDI or the coil pick-ups.

You may need a spare hour with a wiring diagram and a multi meter to get to the problem.

I presume you have checked the ignition fuse Question

Hope this helps....
