link she not work (well for me it didn't)

like the paint job. - have looked at getting one done for ages but there has always been somewhere better to put the cash - new tyres, brake pads, fuel etc.

when i do end up with suplus i will eventually get something done. Has to be said though how good did barros look at the beginning of the year with just a white helmet and dark visor - something so simple and neat about it.

Cheers for some of the positive responses guys!!

I've seen a few paint jobs before and could guess how much they cost....

This cost me £300. Yeah It might seem a lot but when you see the amount of effort this bloke puts in u understand why. He emails you photo updates so if you want anything changed etc in can be done sharpish.

The way I see it is, I'm gonna keep this Lid for as long as I can and it will no doubt outlive my bike so why not spend a bit on it!

The Helmet by the way is a BANDIT XXR

I painted this for G last year.

It survived about 8 months before he mashed it into the tarmac.

I'd love a custom lid, and that Predator one is Thumbs Up Cool

Can't really afford it at the moment though, so the only "custom" work I've got on mine is Chris Walker and James Toselands autographs on the back Mr. Green

Yeh ive always liked the idea, but i know how much abuse my lids take. Ive got a lid upstairs with an utterly solid layer of flies all over it (i refuse to clean any bit bar the visor) and chips taken out of it.

See the top helmet you can actually see through, but ive looked on his site and Ciarans reminded me.

Do people not mind being blinded for the design.

Some of the visors are hugely painted over (like the clown one which looks ace... but like i say, semi blind) and it would just worry me.

Bonny, if you look closely at the lot of the designs the paint on the visor is pinpricked.

Its like stretching you t-shirt over your head and looking through it.

Its alright in the day time.
