probably wont do a thing unless you get a new air filter to go with it, just means the exhaust gasses pass out easier, the air going in to the engine wont be cleaner unless you do have a aftermarket air filter so shouldnt run lean

in short it wont do naff all to the engine unless you get an aftermarket airfilter to go with it thats really when you may need to rejet but its not really a big deal imo on a 4t single

I've got an XR125L and was thinking about the arrow exhaust when the OE one finally rusts through.

I've already opened out the third port on the airbox inlet. The bike seems to maintain speed a bit better on hills or in headwinds with this mod.

What difference does the Arrow make, if any?

If you take the seat off and remove the top of the airbox, you'll notice that the rubber air intake duct has got one of the three holes blocked (at least mine did). Using a sharp knife, carefully cut out the membrane blocking the middle hole, trying to keep the edges smooth. With this and the baffle less pipe you will definitely need rejetting.
