Is it AC or LC?
The restrictors are in the exhaust - a pipe going no where with a dead end. Easily noticable. If its been cut off and welded over then its deresctricted.
The other is in the variator (automatic gears) - the real way to see this is to take the variator off, but that requires specialist tools. But you can look at it and see how far the belt has been up it. If the belt line only goes halfway it is probably restricted, if it goes nearly all the way to the top then it is derestricted.
There are many ways to tune 2strokes. All depends on how much you want to spend.
On mine I have:
Stage 6 70 kit
Laser X-Pro ehaust
19mm Carb
Malossi Variator
Gear up kit
And theres still more to do.
The most popular is an exhaust. I prefer 70kits as a starter though. But they involve more knowlage to fit.
