So, some of you may know i completely messed up fitting my Devil End Can about a month ago and had to get £50 worth of parts Shocked

So anyways, after getting allen key bolts, parts from Devil and a local garage to rivet on new badge i was ready.

Started looking like this (don't look Craig!!)

Then i got to work with soapy water. Did that twice and them polish, then Mr Sheen. It came up nice but only the second time ive cleaned her so think as i get to do it more it will be done better.

Then set to work on the new can. Im STILL waiting for a screw from Devil so brought M8 12mm Allen key bolts which were perfect length and fitted nicely. Look much better than what they gave me.

It was so easy to fit. Cant believe i messed it up first time around. I think it was due to being very tired and rushing as was getting dark. Rolling Eyes

The screws

And a short video on my phone. Didnt really rev it much but was the first time i turned it on without the baffle in Twisted Evil . Uploading on youtube now, post it when ready Thumbs Up

Going to Lewes at 7 to meet a friend with a zx7r so get some pics when were out. For anyone that knows South East, just before is a nice long tunnel. Its going to sound sssssoooooo good Very Happy Very Happy

Yea i thought that when i got it but i think the length goes really well with the bike.

Yes actually. The 'Four is still 33bhp but all S4s have this very annoying stutter at 3.5k rpm and the can seems to have made it less noticeable which is really good.

As for sound, very nice!! Really houls at high rpm which is nice. Also quite bassy.

No i really like stubbys but i think the can looks and sounds nice as is. Plus no point spending £300 on a exhaust to chop it down Thumbs Down

Well i went for a nice ride on her. Went to Lewes and met my friend and another guy he lives with on a SV650s K3.

https://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d20/andy13_uk/DSC01090.jpg

Went around and was a nice ride. Wasnt too crazy but a fair pace at the same time. The 'Four was able to keep up as long as i ragged her!!

Me filling up. I get 80-90 miles to a tank. 33bhp makes you rag the thing!!

Did the country lanes and then onto the A22. This road is the width of a duel carriage way but single carrige so you can bomb it down the middle Very Happy

Then went to Brighton and stopped at a fuel station to say our goodbyes when a guy on a RS125 was stuggling to get it started and me and the guy on zx7r went over and checked if he was ok.

We chatted for a while and then we bump started it for him and went on our way.

Well i like it at the moment. I also fear if i did anything like that the 3.5k rpm stutter would be back Shocked which make it look like you have no clutch control and starts frog leaping Embarassed Sick

Thanks for the input though Thumbs Up

As for the can, i have no idea, went for the oval one and think i made the right choice (though round would have looked just as good i feel)
