Due to chain snapping i am now needing a new chain and sprocket for my speed four. Im hoping for a Renthal set as had some on the SV and you could always clean them up nicely.

I've been quote £140 for triumph set which seems steep and they go all non-shiny.

So, anyone know anywhere good online. Also, any easy was (without counting) to find the standard gearing of Speed Four?

Not online, however Speak to Hein Gericke, they were their very useful selves when I was shopping for a Renthal set for the CB500.

Hope he doesn't mind me saying, but Sickpup's cheap. Notr sure if he does chains and sprockets or not. Worth checking with him. Smile

I think your final drive is 42/14

Why can't you count the sprocket teeth?

i use m&p for a cheap and cheerful kit. usually about £40-£50 delivered and does my work bike fine.

For renthals ive currently got my order in with b&c but the rear sprocket alone is £40 delivered!

Just spoken to Sickpup and he says he'll do a quote

Lots of people on here will attribute to the quality, price and speed of delivery from him, me included.

Both wemoto and m and p are cheap for c/s. And there's a place you could try mad matt's motorcycles Laughing who are also very cheap and may try undercutting the others if you give the quoted prices.

Another vote for B&C express, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Renthal sprockets, Tsubaki X-ring gold chain, good prices, great service.
