A friend of mine has asked if I know of any contacts re enduro hire in Morocco.

He has found 1 or 2 places for around 500 Euros a weeks hire but most wont insure in morocco as a bit dodgy.

Any ideas?

The above has some really useful and detailed info about touring Morocco. The maps (for garmin) were very useful.

I stayed at a place (https://www.bikershome.net/) which specialises in the type of thing you are looking for. The chap who runs it is Dutch and therefore speaks very good english. I can't remember prices, but he provides bikes and all riding gear (typical enduro stuff) as well as a support truck and accomodation / meals for a pre-arranged price.

It is literally a turn up and ride type thing. It certainly could be of interest to you. He also has detailed off-road maps of Morocco and several very good routes (from what the other guests staying at the hotel said).

I just turned up (without booking) to use the hotel. It was clean, western, and friendly. I shall be staying there again when I return. I think I will also hire out an enduro and try a bit of off-piste riding.

Good luck, I hope some of this helps.
