EDZ are the best IMHO,
Brought a pair of leggings a couple of years ago, after courering/touring and just sitting around in them for a few years they are still going strong...
I would say look for the ones that feel like they have a fleece like quality... Some of the more modern fabrics can irritate the hairs on my legs |

Hi
I use a Thermal waistcoat with heat pax in it
They work really well.
The heat pax themselves work out ok price wise as they last up to 16 hours. In between they need storing in a airtight bag (frezzer ziplock bags work for me)
Nice and toastie
Regards

I get mine from ski shops. Some thin polyester type stuff with high-tech coatings. makes a very good base-layer. I put a long sleeve t-shirt, a short sleeve t-shirt then a fleece waistcoat over the top and I'm ready to rock.
They also sell them in M&S.
Alternatively, a good old fashioned string vest with a tight fitting t-shirt over the top is really warm. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen. That's when you find out everything you want to know.”

Zip out to Aldi or Lidl (Can't remember which) and you might just catch the last of the thermals they were selling last week. I just got some and did a 200 mile round trip, warm as toast!
