Hey guys

One of the headlight bulbs has gone pop on the VFR (It looks better with one light Very Happy) and was just wondering if anyone can recommend an e-tailer that sends the bulbs out?

Also, what brand/models would you recommend? Are Philips the daddy at the moment?

I'll probably be replacing both.

Here

Or google for waht you want, any online store should send them out. THough it may be cheaper to call into a local motor factor.

I got my Philips Xtreme 80% ones off ebay for about £20 which was better than the other online shops I looked at. Maybe try some of those Osram 90% Nightbreakers, my Philips ones are a massive improvement over halogen

Why not just nip down Halfrauds(not cheap) or a motor factors instead of pissing about ordering one? You could have it fitted before it goes dark. Wink

My review of Philips power Xtreme and Itchy's Osram Silverstars

Ebay'd 20 quid delivered and the gain in luminosity and beam length is definately worth it. Allow all those cheapo "xenon's" - these are the best alternative to forking out for HID's and much simpler to fit.

Philips Xtreme powers were the autocar product of the year, such is their good performance.

Try these guys https://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/home.php
I've always found their service to be quick and price reasonable, so I'm happy to recommend them.

I'm currently using Philips Blue Vision, not that you'd notice much bluey effect - it's more a very clean white light - which is what I want so as to stand out a little from most other traffic.

Bought some Philips XTreme Power from Powerbulbs.co.uk in the end as there's a VFR club 10% discount and you get free sidelight bulbs, win.
