Yep it handles pretty well with a pillion on.
The footpegs fold down from behind the fairing when your using them So that your not kicking around looking like a tit with pillion footpegs all the time. Good for wheelies though ____________________ Will work for petrol

The footpegs fold up and hide away under the pillion seat. Had a mate on the back of mine for about 500 miles over 2 days when we went to see mates and do a rally. He was fine. It was easy. ____________________ Sahf East Winnah 4LYF

Thanks so much for this thread! I actually had no idea I had pillion pegs until I took a look under my pillion seat and saw them! It's a great design as well if I may say so, much better than the Aprilia ones that are always sticking out in plain sight... ____________________ I Ride: Honda CBR 400RR.

I took my 13 stone university boyfriend as pillion on my old CBR400 all the way to from Cardiff to Reading where I ditched him onto G's bike because he was fidgeting too much (scratching your bollocks/rearranging yourself in the outside lane of the M4 is not wise).
Likewise, we went to Silverstone from Cardiff for the weekend with luggage too.
I HIGHLY recommend putting some sort of webbing on the rear plastics. The footpegs are so high that any buckles/fastenings on boots scratch the plastic pretty badly. I had some terrible marks from the vecro on the insides of his Sidi boots. ____________________ Avast! Pirates ahoy!

Excellent Cheers for that
Thought it would be a bit silly to have a pillion seat but no pegs! |

Took my first pillion on my gullarm yesterday, they found 'hands on the tank' to be the best method.
No grab rail - I think the pillion is supposed to use the grab strap that goes across the pillion seat? Wouldn't fancy clinging onto that myself... ____________________ CBR125|||GSXR400|||CBR400|||CBR400|||CB250RS|||GSXR750|||CB250RS
