Got a odd problem, the parking lights appear to not be working on my 90' NC30. Hi and Low beam on main works with no issues at all.
Any fuses, weak points I need to check? Both bulbs are fine. Got a useful part of your haynes you can scan and put up? Mine is coming
Thanks in advance

Just has the marking and the switch position on the switchgear is what made me think it should work.
The brake lights come on (dimly as I would expect) with the switch in the "P" position. Shouldnt that also mean a dim glow from the headlights?
If im wrong then tell me to shut up and I shall strike it off my list ____________________ NC30 Pilot | NO2ID Worcester Coordinator |

Usually, "P" on the ignition will switch on the sidelight at the front and tail-light at the rear. Pretty useless on a bike since the battery will be flat in hours. ____________________ a.k.a 'Geri'

you've probably had a new ignition barrel at some point. ____________________ Blue_SV650S wrote: it was a sh1te wheelie, but it proves that he can get it up in 3rd and can do angles. Try a multimeter, start at the bulb and work your way back along the wire. Just make sure it is well earthed, connecting to neg on battery best idea.
Has the light switch got a position where only sidelight is on ?
Best guess, as above or wire has broken somewhere around headstock.
Tis about all you can do.
Assuming you are 100% sure bulb is OK. ____________________ Just because my bike was A DIVVY, does not mean i am...... |
