Having read the latest Have Your Say on the BBC website, and also having considered the thoughts of many people I've spoken to regarding the problem over the last few years, I have to say.

I feel like we are being set up.

Think about it.

Our leaders harp on about terrorism, whilst few people feel safe to walk the streets today because of the local wild and out of control kids.

People are sick of it and are screaming out for tighter policing.

I'm sick of the left wing bullshit myself because it's created nothing but trouble with this generation, but in my opinion we must tread carefully, because we could easily walk into a far right-wing society as an answer to our woes.

Call me paranoid, but I feel like the people in power actually want us to start crying out for more right-wing policies. They know that they'd never get them installed without us on their sides. So how to get us on their sides? Make us beg for it.

We've been begging for Labour to do something about these rotten kids for a long time now, and every time the prayers get answered with more left-wing nonsense that protect the criminal more than the victim.

All it would take is one catastrophic event to sway people in favour of a police state... and once we're there, it's going to be a long road back.

We're virtually in a police state now. There's no need for so-called right-wing politics to take us there.
There are many leftist police states in the world.

Absolutely. Arguably, the proof suggesting certain terrorist acts were 'home-grown', is out there. Maybe terrorism is government manufactured.
Quote:

Oh yes, but they have screamed loud enough. EU Corpus Juris is alive and well in Britain and the European Gendarmerie Force (EGF) is standing by, waiting for orders.

Agreed. The country desperately needs a government made up of a few lefties, a few righties and lots of centrists.

Designed to demoralise you and make you beg for what you mentioned earlier.

As previously mentioned, the government can manufacture it for us, and they will.

If you think that 'stolen' laptop (containing the details of 600,000 people) will be the last set of records stolen or lost in the UK, think again. Do you think it was really stolen? Perhaps it is just another trick to push us further down the road to "screaming out for tighter policing".
On the run-up to EU rule, expect to see much more subversion from this rotten government.

Fester and his NF/BNP cronies are counting on it.

bazza, did you not read my earlier post? It seems you are prepared to display your illiteracy for all to see (and laugh at) just to take a cheap dig at me.

Someone explain this to him. Laughing

I'm not quite sure what Cestrian is on the forum to achieve.

It's easy enough finding damning evidence about the current government, but I notice no-one ever looks as to what positives have come out of the past 11 years.

I ask you one question Cestrian and rather than erring on the side of caution, just give a straight answer.

Are you, or are you not a member of the British National Party?

Tin. Foil. Hats.

Strange how the BNP come in for all this vilification, while a far worse bunch of criminal thugs are destroying our lives with little or no condemnation from the common hoi-poloi.

They're all scum, every last single one of them. A seperate breed of vermin who seek nobody's advantage but their own. Liars, cheats, thieves and murderers, dressed up in a thin guise of respectability, pulling the wool over everyones eyes and turning our world, civilisation and society into a toilet.

Cattle led by heyenas.

Nah, the guy is not a member of either of those parties. You obviously didn't watch the whole video.
Your disdain for the BNP and UKIP suggests you're a liberal. If so, are you proud of that?

There is nothing wrong with being a political liberal follower/believer.

Labour are from liberal.

I don't want to get into this with you Jon, it'll go nowhere, but I must ask, are Labour a part of the solution?

Of course they are not, nor are any other parties in the UK.

On the flipside an anarchic society would be worse.

Unfortunately in life, there is always someone higher who holds the cards and they are usually kept close to his chest.

If everybody uprises against this current government what good will come?

I'm tempted to agree.

Absolutely. Which brings me to the https://www.eurogendfor.eu/. Someone obviously thinks there may be a need for a european riot-squad (call it what you will) in the near future.

None whatsoever. Violence will result in death.

Not really. I try to skip past the foam-splattering bits which doesn't leave much else we haven't heard already...

Brussels is grinding England under its iron heel, Labour eat babies, it's all the illegal immigrants' fault, yadda, yadda, ad nauseum.

All of your posts are off-topic, and I will continue to view them (and perhaps rate them) as such until you become an active member of this forum and stop using it as an excuse to inject BNP propaganda into every single thread, regardless of its subject or content.

No we don't need lefties or righties or centrists , what we need is minority governments where governments 'win' with a majority of +1 to +10 this effectively cripples them from making any large decisions and thus keeps the status quo for 4-5 years which is the best we can hope for since invariably the road to hell is paved with good intentions , laws are rushed in and badly thought out.

Imagine it if Blair won with +10 in 97 +5 in 01 +5 in 05,

an awful lot of laws would not be passed.

Don't forget the wonderful opportunity for our children to be educated about homosexuality from a very young age. Surely that's a 'positive'.

Waiting for someone to agree that teaching kids about homosexuality is positive.

Hi

I agree with Itchy. Next best thing to hanging parliament is a hung parliament.

Basically there is little new legislation that is really required, and that should be supported by more than one party.

Basically bring in some form of proportional representation (I would favour grouping current constituencies into groups of 10 or so and then having PR in that group to elect 10 representatives, keeping a decent amount of local representation), which would stop the current situation where one minority party wins with barely any more votes than another minority party, but due to odd boundaries manage to get a large majority of seats.

Failing that just ban all political parties so everyone has to stand as an independent.

All the best

Keith

Better than teaching them about god, to my mind.
