Go buy one, it makes sense.

Aparantly the Srad 750 is better in accordance to the fast bike boys in Hetzers thread on the srad.
But they want silly money for them imo, i'd love a ZX7R myself, they look nice and sound nice. Probabaly gunna be my next bike.

For the road I'm not sure there is much to choose, but Suzuki's are made of tinfoil and paperclips so I kind of figured for the money the ZX7 would be the better bet. It's going to be everyday transport so the SRAD is probably a bit extreme.

Agreed, I'm torn between both. Dont know which to get next.

Its a simple argument: Kawasaki vs Suzuki.

I prefer Kawasaki.

The 7R has been an excellent everyday bike bar a few hiccups that any 10 year old bike may have.

1600 I think?

Got a few quid spent on it on the past and goes like the proverbial shit of a shovel.

I love everything about the bike bar one one thing, the tiny tank range of just over a ton!

I have a 7R but i will say in a straight line, the GSXR probably has a bit more poke. Comparing the two for everything else though, the 7R wins hands down.

You'll probably keep a zx7r for longer since they haven't changed much over its production cycle unlike the gixxer. The ZX7R would probably have more of a cult following whereas Gixxers have a higher turnover of owners i would say. Kawasaki has more passion but if it breaks, then you're screwed!

A well maintained 7R will keep sweet for quite sometime.
Parts are everywhere as they haven’t changed much. Thumbs Up

Test ride a ZX7R though as I fuond the riding position to be weird. Lower half cramped up and top half lying on the tank.

Should be able to find a decent one for £2k though, just try to find a standard one.

Cheers

I always wanted a ZX7R especially the last ones that came out with the black frames, post 1999 ???. I think they look awsome Thumbs Up although the standard exhaust look like something from a tractor

I guess the main thing is try to get a clean example of a late model.
Never like the SRAD shape, i would go for a blade if not the ZX7
